TERMS OF SERVICEDrawing is my hobby. I open a limited number of commission slots whenever I have the time and feel like it. I announce when they open and close on my social media.By commissioning me you confirm you understand and agree with these terms and conditions.- I can reject an inquiry without giving an explanation.
- I keep all the rights over the commissioned artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing my artwork on galleries, portfolios, printing on art books, using it for self-promotion. However, I will not monetize it.
- I will always credit you as the commissioner where the commission is displayed.
- Art that I create for you is never to be deliberately fed into an AI generator by me or by you.
- Art that I create for you is never to be used for the NFT market,
- I will not sell you NFT rights to any of my existing work.
- The commissioned work and alterations of it can not be used in commercial projects.
- You can share the artwork anywhere you want, with the exceptions of places where one would need to pay to view it (i.e. a paid tier of your patreon).
- You can crop the artwork for an icon. You agree that all alterations of the artwork will still follow the terms stated here.
- You must always credit me as the artist of the picture wherever you display it. You can do so by tagging me, leaving a link to one of my sites near the picture, or by stating my pseudo (Zeictenn) as the creator in a line next to it.- I can't give a deadline, I work as fast as possible but sometimes I cannot predict how long it will take.
- I will share progress with you as I work on your project.
- Please know that I am a traditional medium artist, and reworks are more complex for physical media projects. I reserve the right to increase the fee for excessive re-working of a project, especially after coloring has begun. I define "excessive" as more than three complete re-draws at the pencil stage, or any significant re-coloring, which may also require re-drawing.
- When I create a project, there will be a physical object when the project is complete. Even if you only plan to use a digital version of the finished project, you are still purchasing the effort that goes into the physical art, and the price for a "digital only" project will be the same price as it is for a physical project.
- I will provide a high-resolution digital image of your project to you, as well as the physical art.PAYMENT:
- Posted prices do NOT include shipping. Shipping will be calculated individually for a project, and can be paid at the time I mail it out to you. (Sending A4 painting from France to the USA might cost 16,65 €)
- For any project 50 € or more, I ask for half payment immediately, and half upon completion, before I send you the artwork. For projects under 50 €, I will accept full payment for the artwork up front, with shipping calculated later.
- Payment via Paypal.
- Commission will not be started until the payment is processed.
- The payment must be completed within 48 hours of you receiving the invoice.REFUNDS:
- Contact me for a refund.
- 100% refund before the sketch has been approved.
- 50% refund after the sketch has been approved.
- No refunds after the sketch has been refined.

- Syringes and infusions
- Very complex robots or armors
- Any discriminatory art (homophobia, racism, ...)
- Pedophilia and other illegal stuffDepends, please ask:
- Real people (an actor, yourself or your friends from a picture...)
- Gore
- Nudity, erotica, kinks (teratophilia for instance ❤) and other NSFW themes.* (It does not mean I won't draw a pregnant character, I just won't draw it in a fetishist context)Please give me a good visual reference of your character, and if possible share some details about your them (what they like, etc.).
